1. Refund for Article Processing Charges (APC)

• Non-Refundable APC After Publication: Once an article is published, the APC (Article Processing Charge) is non-refundable.
• Partial Refund During Review: If an article is withdrawn during the review process, a charge of 40% of the APC will apply.
• For APC Inquiries: Refer to the "Processing Fee" section on our website.

2. Initiating a Refund or Cancellation

• Contact us via email at publishers@academicstrive.com with the following details:
• Article ID
• Reason for refund/cancellation request
• Any supporting documentation.

3. Refund Processing Time

• Refunds will be processed within 7 business days after approval.
