This message is intended primarily for specialists in the field of acute inflammatory lung diseases who are familiar with the problems of treatment of acute pneumonia (АР) today and who do not need to provide a review of the literature on this topic. That is why, the title of this letter, I have almost no doubt, will cause many readers at least extreme bewilderment.
