Introduction: Common mental disorders (CMD) encompass depressive disorders, anxiety disorders, and somatoform disorders. A 2017 report on mental health indicated that 197.3 million people in the country were living with mental disorders.
Material and Methods: Study was conducted in the rural area of district Meerut. Study population was assessed using the Self-Reporting Questionnaire-20 (SRQ-20) and total of 267 participants were interviewed.
