Abstract

Even in the tenth century, Avicenna wrote that the doctor has three weapons: a word, a plant, a knife. The word acts on the state of the soul, as the composition of the medicines on the body. For statesmen and politicians, words that are incendiary and wise are absolutely useless if they are not followed by action. A lot is involved in the life of the Azerbaijani people with the name of Heydar Aliyev.
