This study examines the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on job satisfaction levels among IT professionals and teachers across different age groups in India. The findings reveal higher job satisfaction among younger adults compared to their older counterparts. The study highlights the importance of age-specific interventions and workplace policies in fostering job satisfaction across diverse age groups.
